Linking world-class academic technical expertise with cutting-edge commercial technology-based innovation.

The Science and Technology Campus Corporation (SciTech) was created in 1995 and was endorsed by The Ohio State University Board of Trustees to develop an enhanced research park based in the university's west campus. SciTech's mission is to foster and encourage research affiliations and linkages between the university and private business, governmental entities, and nonprofit research organizations.

SciTech, with support from Ohio State, the city of Columbus and the state of Ohio, provides space, research and development opportunities for new and existing high technology companies. It is now home for emerging technology companies to plant and nurture seeds of potential brilliance in central Ohio.

SciTech's 56+ acre campus is comprised of 8 buildings with approximately 444,000SF of office space, research, education and specialized laboratory space.

Amanda Hoffsis serves as SciTech's president, leading the not-for-profit, university-affiliated organization. SciTech offers close proximity to the university's new Carmenton innovation district, the Wexner Medical Center and several world-class high-tech collaborators such as Battelle Memorial Institute and Chemical Abstracts Service.
