DOUGLAS L. ASCHENBACH
President

Douglas L. Aschenbach served as Interim President of SciTech from August 2008.  He became President of the Corporation in April 2009.  He is also the President of Campus Partners for Community Urban Redevelopment with responsibility for a series of urban development projects and neighborhood improvement initiatives in the University District adjacent to The Ohio State University. 

Doug has 23 years of commercial real estate experience. Doug was the sole proprietor of Guided Solutions, a commercial real estate consulting firm in Columbus before joining Campus Partners in 2001.  He was director of the real estate advisory division of W. Lyman Case & Company of Columbus from 1989-97 and prior to that was vice president of Karsten Realty Advisors in Los Angeles from 1985-89.

He is a 1981 graduate of The Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.  He also earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1985.

Doug has been an instructor at Ohio State’s Fisher College of Business.  Doug currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Wellington School and The Ohio State Alumni Association.
